by the Ounce These visions of the
four beasts
Is like walking through the woods
On a dark stormy night and they
Leap out toward you with meaning.
Four kingdoms arise from the earth
Each weaker than the preceding one.
These earthly kingdoms are described
As beasts who drowned in human sin.
Until one like a son of man was given
Authority, glory and sovereign power
By the Ancient of days who is God,
And thousands worshipped Him.
All people and nations and men of
Every language worship him…His
Kingdom is one that is everlasting,
And will never be destroyed.
In deduction, God rules in history.
The kingdom of Jesus Christ will
Triumph over world powers, and
The saints…will reign with Jesus.
