University students at El Naranjo, Nicaragua.
Our work in
The Medical-Dental-Evangelism team from
There were 225 professions of
faith, 1,600 Bibles distributed. We treated 1,251 patients and filled 6,465
prescriptions. There were 305 dental patients and 624 teeth extracted. All
services and medicines were provided free of charge. This medical team is being
followed-up by visits from Juan Alberto and Pastor Garcia, the pastor of the
Zapotillo Baptist Mission.
We have already received
reports of church growth as a result of the team in Zapotillo. The response of
the local people to the medical evangelism team has been a blessing.
This year
Wil taught a workshop on witnessing to over
30 students at the Las Crucitas Bible Institute and led them in witnessing door-to-door at Linaca in
Wil had the privilege of preaching the gospel on Juan Alberto's radio program. He also preaches on a thirty minute radio program in the U. S. every Sunday morning. This brought back pleasant memories of over 2,500 daily radio programs he produced while serving as a missionary with H.C.J.B. in Quito, Ecuador.

q Pastor and Church Leadership Training Ministry in Honduras.
q Pray for three evangelism saturation teams to do door-to-door evangelism and rallies at night.
q We have prepared one-day Evangelism Workshops for churches in Latin America. These are patterned after the personal evangelism course we teach pastors and church leaders, but are shorter. This course has proven to be very practical and effective in personal evangelism. It was first used in Ecuador and Honduras. The vision for training rural pastors began with this course in mind while serving as a missionary in Honduras.
q Juan Alberto Herrera Ministry Alberto has faithfully served 18 years as a contract worker with mission teams. We agree with him that it is God’s will for him to serve as a full-time evangelist and pastor. Juan pastors a Honduran Baptist Convention church in Danli. He is our Director for Pastor and Church Leadership Training in Honduras.
